The Best Workshop Ever?

by Keith Baxter on March 7, 2010

If you're new here, then I invite you to watch the 18min video which will show you how to drive insane amounts of traffic to your site! Watch the Stealth Traffic Secret video. Thanks for visiting!

It’s Sunday morning at 7:08 am as I write this.

I just woke up and am reflecting on the past 2 days.

This was the first Traffic Domination Workshop held in 5 years.

The room was PACKED… readers from this blog, fans of Jon Shugart, and a few VIP speakers.

I spoke for 6 hours on Friday and taught a system that I was very nervous to teach.

Luckily, the feedback was incredible.

Which goes to show… when you have reservations about teaching material, that’s usually the best time to teach it.

Matthew Wadsworth shared a very important lesson on overcoming adversity. Oh’ yeah… he’s blind and build a 7 figure online business over the past 18 months. He had the blocks stacked high against him, but didn’t allow that to phase him one bit.

He’s a very inspirational guy and I was honored to have him speak publicly on my stage first. Yanik Silver has him speaking at the Underground Seminar next.

After Matt, Greg Cesar took the stage.

Man, Greg is a cool dude that tests, tests, and tests.

He shared a classified ad system that not only had me taking notes, but making a commitment to implement in the near future.

Nearly 80% of the attendees all gathered for dinner and we continued the conversations over food and drinks.

I called it an early night as I was beat. Speaking for 6 hours drained me… and the wine from the reception the night before didn’t help.

Saturday, Jon Shugart opened the day with a VERY interesting way to get traffic from YouTube. Backed with solid stats, this is the first YouTube traffic system that’s sustainable that I’ve seen.

Gauher Chaudhrey spoke about Mobile Marketing. If you are not familiar with Gauher, get familiar with him. We’ve know each other for some time now, but damn, every time he opens his mouth, I learn something new.

Lee Collins spoke about his Hybrid Marketing system. The first time I heard that, I was seriously impressed.

Lee brings the goods, that’s for sure!

Matt Trainer spoke about Media Buying.

I consider Matt a friend, so what I’m about to say comes from conversations away from the seminar.

Matt is perhaps one of the smartest guys alive. He’s a genius.

We were lucky to have him share some of his wisdom.

I’m taking the day off today, but wanted to make sure you all got this first.

New Traffic Getting Plugin

by Keith Baxter on March 2, 2010

In 3 hours from now, a new traffic getting plugin that I’ve been beta testing for a month is being released to the public.

I’ve used this plugin in numerous sites and while it’s nowhere near as effective as my own Stealth Traffic System plugin, it has resulted in a few inbound links to the posts it’s been used on.

Now, I realize that last sentence doesn’t look like a strong endorsement, but the next sentence should influence you to pick this up…

It’s FREE.

Now here are a few things you should be aware of:

1. This plugin is server intensive.

If you are on a shared server, be careful about how often you post.

If you post 50 times per day, then this may not be for you.

2. You have the option of pulling tags from 2 services (you will understand this once you have the plugin).

Use ‘Yahoo’ and ‘Most Relevant’ settings. You will need a Yahoo API key, but that takes 30 seconds to get.

Follow these setting guidelines, post less than 5 times per day, and you will be good to go.

Keith

Has your site been banned by Google? Here’s how to fix that…

March 2, 2010

AffiliateRadio.com was a premium domain that I picked up in an auction.
One of the downsides to this (and why I was able to negotiate a good deal) was that the site had been banned by Google.
Almost all autobloggers have had sites banned and in most cases, they just throw the domain away.
But you can fix [...]

Preparing for the workshop

February 28, 2010

As final preparations are being done for the Traffic Domination Workshop this week, I began questioning myself if the content that I was teaching was ‘cool’ enough.
It’s made me a bunch of cash, but will it have a WOW factor?
It’s hard to gauge such things as an information provider, because what becomes second nature to [...]

Why my family walked out on Percy Jackson

February 27, 2010

I had a first yesterday.
My family and I walked out of a movie.
That movie was Percy Jackson and it was billed as ‘PG’ (meaning: Parental Guidance).
In my world, that means that this is somewhat ok for younger children, just be aware of some situations that may arise in a movie.
One would think that graphic violence [...]
