I bought the course on Friday the 13th, my lucky day, and have watched all the modules once and now going for round 2. I was going to join another program that was $500.00 more than Offline X Factor, buy decided to take the plunge and I am very happy that I did! The Mapping factor is huge, but the other places to put your clients to get them noticed on the internet is awesome. I have been looking for something like this and the timing could not be more perfect.

I am a Realtor and the real estate market SUCKS right now! This marketing will help my business for sure, I am going to set up my real estate practice as my first guinea pig and after that my wifes new home based business.

I will be approaching a cleaning service on Monday the 16th of Nov. and see if they want to barter my service for theirs. Jack teaches you in the course to knock yourself out and even screw it up, but most important is to just get out there and TAKE ACTION!!!!!!!!!

ACTION JACKSON is the Key here!!! I have been floundering with internet marketing since 1997 and this is by far the best Internet Marketing business model I have seen. I looked up many examples of local businesses in my hometown all weekend and a lot are on with the Google map, but 95% of them are not in the other directories Jack shows you! That right there is a great lead valve.

I had a question about O X F and the response from the support center was quick, even on the weekend. I wont commet on the negative commesnts above but to only say this, get off you ass, like I am and TAKE ACTION!!!!!
TAKE ACTION!!!!!

If you got to know Eric, you would feel much differently.

I suspect that it's his writing style that threw you off.

Whatever the case, he's a good guy.

Great interview with Jack . . . he sounds like a genuine guy with many valuable tips to pass on.

Unfortunately I can't say the same for his sidekick Eric Louviere. Have you listened to the home page pitch delivered by this snakeoil specialist at Offline X Factor?

That has got to be a candidate for hype BS of the year. Jack needs to jettison both Eric and the pitch . . . they have got to be hurting him.

Some of the lead valves require "care and feeding". Others seem to last and last. The incentive for them to keep paying you is customers telling they found them online. I don't go into the details of what's involved. Most of my "do it for me" customers don't know, understand or care what I do.

The fact that I charge them a setup fee takes care of my upfront efforts. I spend my time looking for opportunities rather than obstacles. If a customer ever came to me and said I don't think it's working and wants to cancel, then I wouldn't sweat the time or lead valves they may have that linger. Sunk cost, nothing I'm going to fret over. Move on.

If they don't have a site I offer and suggest a One page site. You can find that is sufficient for most small businesses. I take care of that. Anything more I refer out. It's not worth the headache to me to be a web designer.

Very interesting. Can you do this with ease when you are promoting a CP offer in another area or country,

Great stuff guys... You've been pulling out all the stops Keith and this guest is another indication of your passion for the industry you serve; Keep up the good work. Jack, thanks for putting together the simple nuts & bolts for us. I recently spent a great deal of money on a competing product and I've been wondering why as most of what's in it is stuff I'm already getting very good at - particulary keyword and SEO strategies. I'm not saying you can ever know enough or stop learning, but that system left out most of what you cover here which is perfect for where I'm at. I struck a deal with my first client about a week ago to get him in front of his customers on the net in exchange for office and warehouse space for my telecom business - about 1500 sq ft. I've been scratching my head about some of the simpler things I can do to get some customers calling him and BAM! - Here comes Keith - right on time - with you as a guest offering the solution to my problem. Kudos and many thanks guys; I'm not completely through all of the material yet but I can see already that these are the missing pieces to the puzzle... As for some of the pesimistic rumblings we're hearing in the responses above - well that just means more opportunity for us over-comers who take action... I guarantee that if you aim at nothing you'll hit nothing... Thanks again guys...

Other than search results is there a way to track how it helps the business? Once you have all the lead valves setup what is the incentive for them to keep on paying monthly? What if they don't even have a site? Sell or refer them one? Thanks again.
