I apologize if my last post left you hanging.
I’ve been working minimal hours since Saturday.
Here’s why…
As many of you know, I’ve been training for a half marathon that my wife and I are running together in January.
On Saturday, I ran 10 miles (my long run for the week).
Everything was fine until that night.
For some reason, walking became very difficult and had a killer pain in my right leg.
I took some Advil and called it a night.
Sunday morning, my knee was swollen the size of a softball.
By evening, my calf and foot were swollen too.
At the time, I wasn’t mobile… nor was my mind really on ‘work’.
Went to the Dr. and he ordered a MRI, which I will have the results back today.
I’ve rescheduled several interviews I had lined up as my ‘radio station’ setup is in my upstairs office and stairs right now are my mortal enemy.
Hopefully, if all works out, the MRI will be ok and I can get the first $67 per day podcast out to you.
Normally, medical stuff like this is best not spoken about or kept within the family. But enough people have emailed me that I felt an explanation was in order.
So there you have it.
Let’s get back to work!
Keith

Hey, Keith:
Thanks for the update. I was a little concerned based on your last e-mail, it may have been an issue with your son. Not that I don’t feel sorry for your condition, I am just glad it was you and not him.
Hopefully the MRI will come back ok and you are back on your feet soon.
Best wishes
