Market research, failed campaigns, successful campaigns… what do they all have in common?
Data.
Data is the most important asset you have!
Let me tell you a quick story…
In 2008, my CPA told me that I had spent $250,000 on TRAINING.
I was speechless as I knew that I hadn’t bought that many courses, books, or seminars.
So I asked for a line item report, and to my amazement, $240,000 was DATA purchases.
Market research, keyword research, web logs, what banners were working for companies, where companies were spending the majority of their ad spend, how much were they spending, email analytics from 3rd parties, you name it… I bought it.
Now why would I do that?
Because I realize that the gold is in the data.
If you know where you competitors are spending their money, how much they are spending, and what creatives they were using more often than not, do you think that could be valuable to your business?
Of course it is.
Now let’s talk about something a bit closer to home for most people.
And that’s data that you can use right now.
Let’s talk keyword research.
Chances are you have your own ‘flavor’ of research. You’ve heard guru xyz talking about their awesome methods, yet when you try it and use that data, you get no where.
Now you are scratching your head wondering what you did wrong.
Not all data is created equal.
That’s a big lesson, let that soak into your brain.
Now let’s talk about keyword research for one application.
Adsense.
Most people think that they know what their doing when it comes to Adsense research, but I will venture to say that they don’t.
The typical Adsense researcher finds a good keyword and then builds an entire site around that keyword.
When I ask, ‘How did you come up with that term?’
I’m most often that not told, ‘That term has a high Adwords click price!’
Ok, so I then ask… ‘If the top bid is high, what’s the 10th bid?’
And then I’m met with a blank stare and told, ‘I have no idea.’
The point of this is that data is only as good as the data source and the ability of the one analyzing the data to be competent in their analysis.
This is WHY I buy data and have paid a LOT of money for excellent data.
I’ve also bought data to save time.
In the time it takes me to thoroughly analyze keywords for Adsense properly, I could have done a LOT of things (like enjoy life).
We’re talking hours for proper research.
So 2 things are coming out of this point tonight…
1. I want you to understand the value of properly analyzed data.
2. I want to give you the opportunity to piggy-back off the efforts of my own team and obtain some data that’s as good as it gets when it comes to Adsense.
My team recently spent 2 weeks analyzing 800+ keywords for Adsense.
We used a unique algorithm to find the keywords with the highest bid prices in Adwords.
We then took those keywords and analyzed the top 10 Adwords bid prices.
We eliminated those that didn’t match our ‘qualification’ criteria.
Those that we kept, we ran them through our Wonder Wheel scraper and developed blueprints for our writing team.
And then something else came up and we had to scrap the project.
So I decided to do something pretty cool.
I recently gave 350 of those away as a bonus on a recent high dollar promotion.
But I kept the top 400 for myself (just in case we decided to use them).
But we’re not… too many other logs in the fire.
So I’ve broken out the top 50 and am making this research data available to the first 100 that wants it.
So what am I giving you exactly?
- The TOP 50 truest high paying keywords in Adsense.
- A theme for each keyword.
- A 17 page blueprint on how to structure a site for use with these blueprints.
- Bid price analysis of the top top Adwords bids for each keyword (generated on July 16th, 2010).
This data is easily worth $300.
I would pay that in a heartbeat for this level of data.
But I want some people to run with this and prove to themselves that making money online is easy.
So I’m selling it for 10% of that $300.
Just $30.
Here’s the link to order (no refunds, btw… this is research).
Sold Out – All 100 copies have been claimed
I’m likely to release a ‘Volume 2′, so if you want to be 1 of 100 that get that one, then make sure you optin to the notification list below…

Great article — SEEING THE STORY IN THE DATA and RE-WRITING YOUR OWN STORY WITH IT is 90% of the marketing game.

Thanks Keith. I’ll add this to my weekend projects. If there was an award for overdelivering marketer of the year, you’d win hands down…in my book.
Thanks,
Troy

Good Morning Keith:
The delivery system for the data doesn’t seem to be working. When PayPal finished processing the transaction I was taken to a page which stated that “my payment was made from an unconfirmed address…….”
I did receive the usual receipt for payment email from PayPal. Let me know if you need any further info.

Data is your most valuable asset, you definitely need to rely on accurate data to improve your business. Making decision based on accurate data leave less room for error and better opportunity for growth.

Keith,
You allude that you studied the CPC for these keywords in Adsense from the Top CPC down to the 10th bid, or something similar.
The new Google Keyword tool uses “Average CPC”. Would this “Average CPC” be a similar analysis to the average CPC for bids 1 -10 that you studied?
Do you have an opinion on the new Google Keyword tool’s “Average CPC” for keywords and what your studies revealed?

Hi Keith,
I was on that webinar that you speak of for that high ticket product, even though I already had the product. I do think once you came on the webinar is the reason all the copies sold out fast
)
Anyhow, Just curious how your adsense strategy will stack up against nanosense or if you already have veiled your strategy to mirror that strategy? I analyze too much, I know.
Peace,

Keith,
Do you think these keywords would be great for the Mage?

What do you mean when you state that you are giving a “theme” for each keyword?
Thanks Keith,

Hey Keith,
Excellent points, great deal too! As for Data value, one of our first purchases was the $5,000 yearly compete.com package (well at a discount) and it’s been worth every penny!

Keith,
Thanks very much for this incredible offer and opportunity!! My biz partner (Brooks B.) and I just snatched up an order.
One quick question:
I would assume that any one of the WP themes you named in your Stealth Traffic video would suffice here, but figured that it doesn’t hurt to ask!
-DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED WP THEME FOR YOUR ADSENSE Blogs?
We can’t wait to get a slew of Adsense sites Themed, Structured and Launched!
We’ll report back when the Adsense checks start rolling in…
Yeah BUDDY!! Thanks Brother Keith!
Aloha from the Islands and continued success,
